There are no words to express how truly overjoyed and grateful we are for our stunning, new kitchen!! Millbank Custom Kitchens blew us away from the design process, to the installation period, and all the way down to the final details!! Our experience was exceptional! We started our process by visiting 3 custom cabinetry companies, including Millbank Custom Kitchens, as well as two other very reputable companies from the Tri-Cities, to get a design and quote for our renovation. Millbank Custom Kitchens was the only company who was able to bring our dream to fruition. They asked us all of the right questions, requested inspiration photos so they could get a clear picture of what look and feeling we were going for, and were able to include all of our requests at the best price! Jon, our contact person from Millbank Custom Kitchens, is an incredible communicator and thoughtfully attended to us throughout the entire project! No question was too big or small for Jon, and his responses were always sent in a timely manner. We have had many renovation projects done in our homes in the past, but never has one gone so smoothly, nor was completed in the time that was promised, until now! The custom design in a unique space was perfectly what we had imagined, the cupboards are top notch quality, the paint choices were extensive and the installation was neat and tidy.
