Stunning Kitchen Renovation!
There are no words to express how truly overjoyed and grateful we are for our stunning, new kitchen!! Millbank Custom Kitchens blew us away from the design process, to the installation period, and all the way down to the final details!! Our experience was exceptional! We started our process by visiting 3 custom cabinetry companies, including Millbank Custom Kitchens, as well as two other very reputable companies from the Tri-Cities, to get a design and quote for our renovation. Millbank Custom Kitchens was the only company who was able to bring our dream to fruition. They asked us all of the right questions, requested inspiration photos so they could get a clear picture of what look and feeling we were going for, and were able to include all of our requests at the best price! Jon, our contact person from Millbank Custom Kitchens, is an incredible communicator and thoughtfully attended to us throughout the entire project! No question was too big or small for Jon, and his responses were always sent in a timely manner. We have had many renovation projects done in our homes in the past, but never has one gone so smoothly, nor was completed in the time that was promised, until now! We remain awe-struck and thankful for Millbank’s attention to detail, their use of high-quality materials, and their excellent installers, but most of all, we are grateful to have met Jon! We love coming home to our new kitchen and can’t wait to fill it with our family and friends!

Kitchen Remodel in a Century Home
Moving our existing kitchen to a new space in our century home was no easy feat. John and his team provided quality care and supreme service from the rendering stage all the way to installation and post-installation support. The custom design in a unique space was perfectly what we had imagined, the cupboards are top notch quality, the paint choices were extensive and the installation was neat and tidy. Incredible experience partnering with Millbank and specifically with Jon on our custom kitchen. We were working with a nightmare builder for a new home – delays after delays after delays, and sometimes with extremely short notice of those delays. Jon was supportive and helped us through that process, in re-scheduling the installation date and following up proactively to confirm the install dates were still tracking. We also went through a few re-designs which were easily handled. Seeing the YouTube rendering of what the finished product would look like helped us make some additional design decisions as well. Quality of the materials is top notch, installation was professional and any challenges were dealt with quickly and professionally. They weren’t the cheapest option we considered, but we know from experience that going “low bid” introduces a lot more problems after the paperwork is signed! We’re considering some work in our bathroom cabinetry in the future and based on the experience we would engage Millbank first. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Mudroom!
We had Millbank Custom Kitchens build a mudroom for us and we are extremely pleased with the results! The process was very smooth. It took awhile to get the quote and drawings finalized, about 2 months from the time I first reached out including one round of refinements to the drawings. However, Jon was very responsive to my many questions and always delivered within the timeline he specified. I was fairly specific in what I wanted and they delivered. They also gave good suggestions in areas I wasn’t sure of. We decided to go with Millbank because we were happy with their customer service and drawings, the quote was lower than the alternatives and they were able to do the installation earlier. It was fun to go to the showroom and pick out all the finishings (handles, hooks, colours). There were plenty of options! There was a small incident in the installation with the bench getting gouged, but they fixed it and reinstalled within a few days so that I can’t even tell. The final product looks great! It feels sturdy and good quality. Very professional work and service.
