We were given Millbank’s name by friends who had their kitchen cabinets done. We had contacted a few other places but thought we would try Millbank. From beginning to end it was by far the best renovation we have had and we have had quite a few.
From the start Jon worked with us, listened to us, drew up a design that was very close to what we envisioned. We made a few changes and choices and that was never a problem. Everything came on schedule.and In these times that says a lot. Jon answered every email promptly and fully. He came by to see the progress a few times and came himself to do a few minor things. Very nice man, easy to talk with, kitchen cabinets are excellent quality. Would recommend him highly and without any hesitation.

Complete Kitchen and Dining Room renovation
Jon and his team were excellent to deal with. Jon walked us through the design and selection process with ease. Our kitchen installation was seamless. The quality is amazing. Any small issues were dealt with quickly and without question. We felt fully supported through the entire process. I have my dream kitchen now.

Custom Kitchen, Countertop / backsplash
Incredible experience partnering with Millbank and specifically with Jon on our custom kitchen. We were working with a nightmare builder for a new home – delays after delays after delays, and sometimes with extremely short notice of those delays. Jon was supportive and helped us through that process, in re-scheduling the installation date and following up proactively to confirm the install dates were still tracking. We also went through a few re-designs which were easily handled. Seeing the YouTube rendering of what the finished product would look like helped us make some additional design decisions as well. Quality of the materials is top notch, installation was professional and any challenges were dealt with quickly and professionally. They weren’t the cheapest option we considered, but we know from experience that going “low bid” introduces a lot more problems after the paperwork is signed! We’re considering some work in our bathroom cabinetry in the future and based on the experience we would engage Millbank first. Highly recommend.
