Our son was getting a new kitchen installed by Jon, and he asked Jon to give us a price to refinish our kitchen cabinets. We had three quotes and Jon’s was the most reasonable. Stunning Kitchen Renovation!
There are no words to express how truly overjoyed and grateful we are for our stunning, new kitchen!! Millbank Custom Kitchens blew us away from the design process, to the installation period, and all the way down to the final details!! Our experience was exceptional! We started our process by visiting 3 custom cabinetry companies, including Millbank Custom Kitchens, as well as two other very reputable companies from the Tri-Cities, to get a design and quote for our renovation. Millbank Custom Kitchens was the only company who was able to bring our dream to fruition. They asked us all of the right questions, requested inspiration photos so they could get a clear picture of what look and feeling we were going for, and were able to include all of our requests at the best price! Jon, our contact person from Millbank Custom Kitchens, is an incredible communicator and thoughtfully attended to us throughout the entire project! No question was too big or small for Jon, and his responses were always sent in a timely manner. We have had many renovation projects done in our homes in the past, but never has one gone so smoothly, nor was completed in the time that was promised, until now! We remain awe-struck and thankful for Millbank’s attention to detail, their use of high-quality materials, and their excellent installers, but most of all, we are grateful to have met Jon! We love coming home to our new kitchen and can’t wait to fill it with our family and friends!

Kitchen Remodel in a Century Home
Moving our existing kitchen to a new space in our century home was no easy feat. John and his team provided quality care and supreme service from the rendering stage all the way to installation and post-installation support. The custom design in a unique space was perfectly what we had imagined, the cupboards are top notch quality, the paint choices were extensive and the installation was neat and tidy. We cannot over-state the satisfaction of their work!

We used Millbank Custom Kitchens to build us a larger kitchen island and it turned out better than we imagined!! Rebecca was so helpful, helping us design the perfect island that complemented our existing kitchen and fit our budget. They did a great job fitting our small project in quickly which was an added bonus! Everyone we worked with from sales, to design, delivery and install were friendly and professional. Highly recommend!!
